Abstract :
Voca music course is a music school service company located in Klaten Regency since 2007 and continues to grow until now which was founded by Lucas Cristianto. Where this school teaches the science of playing musical instruments. However, as it developed, Voca Music course experienced difficulties in the number of students while the classrooms were unable to accommodate students, so that the arrangement of teaching schedules became an alternative so that students could still take courses, the tendency is that the Voca Music Course determines the course schedule, so that prospective students often cancel their intentions to take courses because the schedule determined does not match the wishes of consumers because the classrooms are full at certain times and days. So that from this problem, other alternatives arise besides making schedule arrangements, namely by adding classrooms or opening new music school branches that are still around Klaten, but adding classes seems impossible due to the lack of land or buildings in the Voca Music Course building, so the right action to overcome this problem is to open a new music school branch.
