Abstract :
Factors of this research are the factors that support the achievement of product sales volume in online store at Matahari Mall supported by marketing strategy such as Advertisement, Competitive Price, and service which can give a big desire to buy consumer to decide to make a purchase. Techniques of writing document that the author uses is the result of questionnaires during the period of May to June 2018 and distinguished into three categories namely Sex, Age, and Lives Become a User. The document is presented in percentage form, with the percentage can know the real value of the big influence between the independent variable to the dependent variable of the predominant predictions. From the results of document processing can be concluded that advertising variables, competitive prices and services simultaneously and partially affect the purchase decision. competitive price variables are the dominant variables in influencing purchasing decisions.
