Abstract :
The main role of a public relations in a company is to establish good relations with the
company's external public, namely consumers. The importance of public relations
activities for a company or organization in carrying out its daily activities carefully.Various efforts have been made by public relations Putra Perdana in establishing good
relations with customers in providing excellent service, which is to establish good relations and maintain the company's image in the public eye. The method used in this
study is a qualitative descriptive approach, namely by presenting information collected from internal and external parties through an analysis of the results of in-depth
interviews, field observations on public relations activities at Putra Perdana, and literature review to provide good results. The results of this study indicate that public relations in handling consumer complaints at Putra Perdana are very good. Because the residents of
Putra Perdana are permanent consumers who inhabitPutra Perdana. In carrying out its activities, public relations runs in accordance with the roles and functions as
Communicators, Relationship, Back Up Management and Building Positive Imagery. Based on the results and analysis of the research conducted by the author, it was concluded that in carrying out its activities, public relations at Putra Perdana implemented excellent service to get a positive image in the eyes of the public, especially consumers of
Putra Perdana Sidoarjo
