Abstract :
This study aims to test and prove the effect of product quality, price, and consumer satisfaction on customer loyalty of Shafa Fried Chicken at Cerme Gresik.
The population taken in this study is the customer of Shafa fried Chicken. Sampling by simple random sampling method as many as 50 people. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the hypothesis test, namely the F test, t test and dominant test.Based on the results of the study indicate that product quality, price, and
customer satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on customer loyalty. In the partial test, it is known that product quality partially has no effect on customer loyalty, price variables and consumer satisfaction partially have a significant effect on customer loyalty. Price variable has a dominant effect on customer loyalty for Shafa Fried Chicken at Cerme Gresik.
