Abstract :
Managing a team in an organization is an overall management with performance targets, aka performance. The goal is clear, namely so that every employee achieves his best performance and peak work performance. For this reason, superior human resource management is needed so that all company targets can be carried out properly. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style, discipline and competence on employee performance in the modern market sales section of PT. Wings Surya Surabaya Branch. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection using a questionnaire. The population of this research are all employees in the modern market sales section of PT. Wings Surya Surabaya Branch with a sample of 72 people with a sampling technique using saturated sampling. Testing the data using validity and reliability tests. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing, namely the F test and t test. The results of this study indicate that leadership style, discipline and competence have a significant simultaneous and partial effect on employee performance in the modern market sales section of PT. Wings Surya Surabaya Branch. The competence variable has a dominant effect on employee performance in the modern market sales section of PT. Wings Surya Surabaya Branch.
