Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of Competence, Work Experience, and Compensation on Employee Performance at the Premier Place Juanda Hotel in Surabaya. The sampling technique was carried out using the Nonprobability sampling method using the Saturated Sampling method. Data was collected by means of a questionnaire via offline by distributing it to employees at the Premier Place Juanda Hotel in Surabaya and taken as many as 55 respondents. The statistical method uses the Validity and Reliability test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, with hypothesis testing the F statistic test and the t statistic test. The results of this study indicate the F test that Competence, Work Experience, and Compensation simultaneously and significantly affect employee performance. By t-test, the variables of Competence, Work Experience, and Compensation partially and significantly affect employee performance at the Premier Place Juanda Hotel in Surabaya. Research results Dominantly among Competence, Work Experience, and Compensation which have a dominant influence on Employee Performance at Hotel Premier Place Juanda in Surabaya is compensation
