Abstract :
This study aims to test and prove whether the variables of Occupational Safety and Health, Work Discipline and Motivation have a simultaneous, partial, and dominant effect on work productivity at PT. Sarana Warna Megah Surabaya. The sample in this study consisted of 60 respondents. The sampling method was carried out using probability sampling. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, while the hypothesis testing used is the f test (simultaneous), t test (partial), and dominant. The results of this study simultaneously show that occupational safety and health, work discipline, and motivation have a significant effect on work productivity. The results partially show that the variables of occupational safety and health, work discipline and motivation partially affect work productivity. Among the variables of occupational safety and health, work discipline and motivation, the variables that have the dominant influence on work productivity are occupational safety and health.
