Abstract :
The legal protection given to the parties in the underhand agreement is contained in the agreement if the agreement is specifically stated in the clauses that have been agreed in the agreement. Legal protection is an important thing in ensuring the fulfillment of one's legal rights. In addition, the legal protection provided has another purpose, namely to realize legal certainty, legal benefits, and justice for the parties. The legal protection provided can be preventive (prevent) or repressive (remedial). Every legal action that causes legal consequences must have legal protection, especially when a dispute occurs between the parties. One of the legal problems in the field of land is the legal action of buying and selling which is often carried out by the community where in this sale and purchase there is a legal relationship between the seller and the buyer who are bound to each other. The seller must hand over to the buyer the right of ownership of the goods, not only the strength of the goods being sold and the delivery must be done legally, therefore legal protection is needed to provide solutions and certainty and clarity on the resolution of existing or potential disputes after the agreement has been agreed.
