Abstract :
Managing employees in the organization is the overall performance management. The goal is for every employee to achieve their best performance and peak work performance. For this reason, superior human resource management is
needed so that all company regulations can be implemented properly. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work experience, job training, and work
motivation on work results/performance at PT Derma Beauty Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative approach to data collection using a questionnaire. The population
of this study are some employees at PT Derma Beauty Indonesia with a sample of 97 people with a sampling technique using probability sampling. Testing the data using
the validity test and reliability test. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing, namely the F test and t test. The results of this study indicate that work experience, job training and work motivation have a significant simultaneous and partial effect on employee performance at PT Derma
Beauty Indonesia. The Variable of Work Motivation has a dominant influence on employee performance in PT Derma Beauty Indonesia.
