Abstract :
Service quality is one of the factors in purchasing decisions made by
consumers, if the quality of service is not good will affect the satisfaction of the
purchase. In addition, prices also determine the purchasing decisions made by
consumers. If the level of difficulty in product design has consumer appeal, it can
influence purchasing decisions.
This study uses a purposive sampling method, namely the sample members are community members who are sampled must meet certain criteria in the CV. Javaland Surabaya, amounting to 74 people.The analytical method used is by multiple linear regression analysis with a hypothesis test that is F test and t test. The results of this study indicate service quality, price and product design for purchasing decisions have a positive and significant effect partially or simultaneously on purchasing decisions.
