Abstract :
This study aims to determine: (1) to prove and analyze whether the variables of communication, work discipline and work supervision simultaneously influence the performance of employees of PT Prima Usaha Era Mandiri in Surabaya. (2)to prove and analyze whether the variables of communication, work discipline,and supervision of work have a partial effect on the performance of employees of PT Prima Usaha Era Mandiri in Surabaya. (3) to prove and analyze between communication variables, work discipline and work supervision of which variables have dominant influence on the performance of employees of PT Prima Usaha Era Mandiri in Surabaya. In this study using primary data, while the research method involves two variables (employee performance) independent, and the dependent variable (communication, work discipline, and work supervision). The population used in this study were all 50 employees of PT Prima Usaha Era Mandiri in Surabaya. The sample technique used is a saturated sampling technique. Analysis uses validity test, reliability test, multiple linear analysis, coefficient of determination, f test, t test. Research conclusions: communication, work discipline and work supervision have a simultaneous effect on the performance of employees of PT Prima Usaha Era Mandiri in Surabaya. Communication, work discipline and work supervision have a partial effect on the performance of employees of PT Prima Usaha Era Mandiri in Surabaya. Among the communication variables, work discipline and work supervision which have the most dominant influence on the performance of employees of PT Prima Usaha Era Mandiri are the Work Supervision variables.
