Abstract :
In the face of competition in the business world, a company organization is ordered to work more efficiently and effectively. Increasingly intense competition
causes companies to be required to be able to increase competitiveness in order to maintain the survival of the company. Companies dituntu to be able to optimize all the
resources that have, one of which is human resources, to improve human resources,companies need to increase work motivation or workers who work in the organization
of the company, the goal to be achieved by researchers in this study is to examine, knowing and proving there is or no influence of the work environment, facilities and
incentives on the work motivation of employees of PT. Matahari Putra Prima, Tbk Surabaya Branch.
The research method used is quantitative research, measurement of variables using the Likert scale data type by distributing questionnaires, Popilation in this study
are employees of PT. Matahari Putra Prima, Tbk Surabaya Branch with 150 people.
The sampling technique is done by means of total sampling or also called the census sample is a sampling technique that is carried out by taking half of the population. The
sample criteria in this study were employees of PT. Matahari Putra Prima, Tbk Surabaya Branch as many as 60 people.
The results showed that simultaneous testing (F test) was known that work environment variables, infrastructure facilities and incentives together (simultaneous)
had a positive and significant effect on work motivation. In partial testing (T Test) it is known that work environment variables, facilities and incentives individually (partial) have a positive and significant effect on work motivation, which in the incentive
variable has a dominant influence on work motivation. This is evidenced by the results obtained, namely the value of 0.634, therefore the company should increase work motivation by paying more attention to and maintaining existing incentive policies because incentives have the dominant influence in this study.
