Abstract :
Training is an important aspect in determining employee performance. Beside that, education and giving the promotion also important to improve the quality of work. But, in its implementation there are still obstacles. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of training, education and promotion on the performance of employee in PT. Multi Manao Indonesia. This study used a survey method by distributing questionnaires. The population of this study is the customers of PT. Multi Manao Indonesia, amounting to 500 people where 50 people were used as research samples. The analysis method used is by multiple linear regression analysis with a hypothesis test that is F test and t test. The results of this study show that training, education and job promotion have a significant and partial effect on employee performance
