Abstract :
This study aimed to determine: (1) To prove and analyze are competence, compensation, and job satisfaction simultaneously affected to the employee performance in PT. Skv Sejahtera Surabaya. (2) To prove and analyze are competence, compensation, and job satisfaction partially affected to the employee performance in PT. Skv Sejahtera Surabaya. (3) To prove and analyze which are the most dominant between competence, compensation, and job satisfaction to the employee performance in PT. Skv Sejahtera Surabaya. In this study using primary data, while the research method involves two variables: the independent variable (employee performance), and the dependent variables (competence, compensation, job satisfaction). Population that used to this research are all the employee of PT. Skv Sejahtera Surabaya amounting to 50 people. The technique that used to this research is Non Probability Sampling using sarurate sampling. This analyze are using validity test, reliability test, classical assumptions test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, f test and t test. The study Conclusion: Competence, compensation, and job satisfaction Simultaneouslyaffected on the employee performance in PT. Skv Sejahtera Surabaya. Competence, compensation and job satisfaction partially affected on the employee performance in PT. Skv Sejahtera Surabaya. Between competence, compensation and job satisfaction variables, the most dominant variable affected to the employee performance in PT. Skv Sejahtera Surabaya is Competence
