Abstract :
The research aims to examine and analyze the influence or Work Environment, Compasation and Leadership Style to Employee Perfomance at Water Supply company (PDAM) Surya Sembada in Surabaya. Data collected through distribution of questionnaires and it of conducted on 53 employees in Water Supply Company (PDAM) Surya Sembada in Surabaya. Analysis data in this research using the help of multiple liniear regression analysis. The sampling technique used is Probability Sampling and data test technique is used within the research include validity test, reliability test, and multiple linear regression analysis. The population of all employees of Water Supply Company (PDAM) Surya Sembada in Surabaya. This research is quantitative research with hypothesis testing. Result of multiple linear regression analysis to obtain the equation Y = (-0,436) + 0,506X1 + 0,393X2 + 0,231X3. Nilai Fcount value 48,640 it means Work Environment, Compasation, Leadeship Style influential simultaneously on employee performance. Tcount Work Environment 5,799, Compasation 3,606, Leadership Style 2,405 that means Work Environment, Compasation, and Leadership Style partially effect on employee performance. While the beta coefficient is the or greatest is Work Environment as big as 0,517 tenure has dominant influence on employee performance. Analysis result demonstrates that Work Environment have a significant influence to employee performance. Compasation have a significant influence to employee performance. Leadership Style have a significant influence to employee performance.
