Abstract :
The purpose of this research is to examine and to analyze the influence of training, motivation, and compensation neither in simultaneous or partial test to employees Performance of PT. PAL INDONESIA (Persero) Division of Commercial Ship in Surabaya. The research used accumulation data techniqal it is observation, interview, and questionnaire. The population in this research of entire employees of PT. PAL INDONESIA (Persero) Division of Commercial Ship in Surabaya with sample by using saturated purposive sampling. Analysis results shows that training, motivation, and compensation partially and simultaneously has influence significantly on employees Performance in PT. PAL INDONESIA (Persero) Division of Commercial Ship in Surabaya. From the results of the regression testing while it can be concluded that the most dominant variables affect the performance of employees at PT. PAL INDONESIA (Persero) Division of Commercial Ship in Surabaya is the training, this is due to the increased work training provided by the company it will affect employee performance improvement at PT. PAL INDONESIA (Persero) Division of Commercial Ship in Surabaya.
