Abstract :
High employee bank performance can be achieved if all the elements that exist within the agency are well integrated, and able to play its role in accordance with the needs and desires of the public and employees. Therefore necessary support of Leadership, compensation and motivation to improve the performance of these employees. The purpose of this study is to analyze and determine the effect of leadership, compensation and motivation to employee performance. This study aimed to examine the effect of leadership, compensation and motivation to employee performance either partially or simultaneously on PT. Bank HSBC Surabaya. The method used is descriptive and verification method with a sample of 80 respondents. Data were collected by using questionnaires and data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed the effect of leadership, compensation and motivation to employee performance own field can be quite high. Leadership, compensation and motivation together have an effect on employee performance this is evidenced from the test result F of 0,000 that is smaller than the value of significance level of 0,05. Partially Leadership give a more dominant influence than compensation and motivation in improving employee performance.
