Abstract :
Telokomsel is one of the largest operator of celluler communication in Indonesia. Telkomsel become seventh celluler operator which have more than 100 million customer in a country. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of product attractiveness, accessibility of website and distribution againts the purchase intention of telkomsel sim card at CV Akar Daya Mandiri Surabaya?s customer. data collection tools used are questionnaire and documentation. The data have been collected and then processed using SPSS version 17. The population are used in this research are 328 people. Withdrawal of samples in the research were use the method of simple random sampling. The number of samples are 77 respondents. analytical techniques used in this research is the technique of linear regression analysis and get the equation Y = 3,569 + 0,266 X1+0,399 X2+0,247 X3. The results of this research show that significant value of F distributions is smaller than 5%. It means the variable product attractiveness, accessibility of website and distribution simultaneously influence againts the purchase intention. the significant value of the t distributions also are smaller than 5%. It means the product attractiveness, accessibility of website and distribution partially influence against the purchase intention.. accessibility of website has a dominant influence againts purchase intention than other variables with the highest beta coefficient i.e. 0,399
