Abstract :
This study aims to provide information on how to implement the APALAN (Aplikasi Layanan Pengaduan Pengguna Jalan) implemented by the PUPR departement of Gresik Regency, which in its implementation requires an increase in service to the community. The benefits of research on a road complaint service information system that functions as a complaint service for the public on information on damaged roads and maintenance of potholes. And knowing how to convey people's aspirations to the government on the success of open government practices in an area, for that it is necessary to implement in increasing professionalism in providing public services. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. The data collection techniques used in this study are observation, documentation and interviews, the researcher will examine the object of his study and hold direct interaction with informants. The focus used in this study uses the Delone and Mclean model approach by describing how the APALAN Information System implementation at the PUPR Departement of Gresik Regency is analyzed using 5 variables to measure the success of E-government implementation, namely information quality, system quality, service quality, user satisfaction, and usage. The research location that will be the place for the author to conduct research is the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office (PUPR) of Gresik Regency. . The results showed that the implementation of the APALAN Information System at the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning in Gresik Regency was effective and efficient.
