Abstract :
This research was conducted with the aim of empirically knowing the effect of Brand Image and Green Marketing on The Body Shop's Consumer Loyalty. The population is all users of The Body Shop products and the number of samples obtained is 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis to determine the effect of Brand Image and Green Marketing variables on Consumer Loyalty. The research results obtained show that Brand Image and Green Marketing variables have a positive effect on Consumer Loyalty. Keywords: Job Stress, Job Satisfaction, Turnover Intention.
