Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee peformance
in MM Melati. The type of this research is a case study with 32 employess as
sample. In this research the employess of MM Melati as subject and the objects
are job satisfaction (X) and employee performance (Y). Data were collected by
interview, document, and gave questionnaires to employess. Analysis techenique
methods used in this research is a simple linear regression analysis using SPSS
version 22. The result shows that the variable of job satisfaction has a positive
and significant effect on employee performance in MM Melati Pelmbang-Betung.
The benefits of this research as information for those who need especially for MM
Melati.
