ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine whether conflict of double role affect the
performance of female teachers SMA / SMK Xaverius in Palembang. The
population is female teachers of SMA / SMK Xaverius in the city of Palembang
who have married. The sampling technique used is convenience sampling. The
selected schools are SMA Xaverius 1, SMA Xaverius 2, SMA Xaverius 3, and SMK
Xaverius with total54 respondents. The data used are primary data and
secondary data. Data collection techniques are distributing questionnaires,
interviews and library research. Data analysis technique used is simple linear
regression analysis using SPSS version 20. The result of this research is conflict
of double role have negative and significant influence to the performance of
female teachers in SMA / SMK Xaverius Palembang.This study can be usefull for
the future studies.
