Abstract :
ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the effect of occupational safety and health on employee performance at CV. Surya Kencana Palembang. Subject of research in this research is employees of CV. Surya Kencana Palembang on operational part like warehouse employee, technician, labor, and employee contract. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires distributed to 45 respondents. The technique of analysis in this research using simple regression analysis technique that is processed by using SPSS (Software Special Package and Service Solution). In testing the hypothesis obtained that the significance value in the test t of 0.000<0.05 which means Ha accepted so it can be said that the existence of positive and significant influence between occupational safety and health variables toward employee performance variables on CV. Surya Kencana Palembang. At determination coefficient test obtained R square obtained as much as 0,358 which mean equal to 35,8% variable of occupational safety and health able to explain variable of employee performance at CV.
