One of the non-pharmacological used to lower blood pressure is the therapy of warm water foot soaks with lemongrass and salt. Objective : To determine the effectiveness of the application of warm water foot soak with lemongrass and salt on blood pressure in hypertensive patients in the Working Area of the Sukarami Health Center Methods: This study uses a case study with a descriptive method of the nursing process approach carried out for hypertension sufferers using a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) soaking feet in warm water and calibrated tensimeter. Therapy is carried out for 10 minutes each immersion, 1 time a day and carried out for 3 days. Results: The results of the warm water foot soak application with lemon grass and salt showed that before the warm water foot soak the average systolic pressure was 144 mmHg and 88 mmHg diastolic pressure. After soaking the feet in warm water once a day for 3 consecutive days, the average systolic blood pressure was 140 mmHg and the diastolic pressure was 81 mmHg.
