Abstract :
This study aims to examine the effect of employee engagement and work environment on employee performance in banking companies in the city of Palembang. The sample used in this research is Snowball Sampling and Judgement Sampling technique. And the number of samples in this study were 100 people. The data used is primary data. The data analysis technique used is the validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, t test and f test. Hypothesis testing using the help of the SPSS program. The results of this test state that employee engagement and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance in banking companies in the city of Palembang.
