Abstract :
Organizational commitment is key in building relationships between superiors, employees, workers, managers, and other workers who can support company activities. The company makes various efforts to deal with problems in the face of competition in order to achieve the success targeted by the company. The success of the company is inseparable from the attitude of employee loyalty to the company in accordance with the targets set by this research company using quantitative methods. The quantitative approach is a decoding that emphasizes the analysis of numerical data (numbers) processed using statistical methods In this study, the research respondents amounted to 50 people to be tested and 60 people for research samples based on criteria: are private employees, a minimum working period of 3 years and aged 19-60 years. The data collection is carried out through the distribution of questionnaires for trials and for research. This data collection took approximately 2 weeks on the study sample. There is a relationship with a positive correlation between Leader Member Exchange and Work Motivation simultaneously with Organizational Commitment to private employees. There is a relationship with a positive correlation between Work Motivation and Organizational Commitment in private employees. There is a positive correlation between Leader Member Exchange (LMX) and Work Motivation simultaneously with Organizational Commitment to private employees.
