Abstract :
There is a positive attitude of employees that appears directly or indirectly in the occurrence of turnover intention for the company. Turnover Intention which requires several supporting factors, namely between job satisfaction and organizational culture, in this writing the objectives are 1) to see whether there is a relationship between culture organization and turnover intention, 2) to see whether there is a relationship between job satisfaction and Turnover Intention, 3) to see whether there is a relationship between organizational culture and Turnover Intention relationship between job satisfaction and organizational culture with turnover intention in private employees. The research sample used was 80 employees, the sample technique used was using purposive sampling and using a questionnaire and using the classic assumption test which included normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test and using hypothesis testing using product moment correlation. From the results of the study it can be seen that job satisfaction and organizational culture have a strong relationship to employee turnover intention where if job satisfaction and organizational culture are not fulfilled then employee turnover intention is high and vice versa if job satisfaction and organizational culture are fulfilled then employee turnover intention is low. From the test results it can be seen that the relationship between Culture Organization and Turnover intention has a significance value of 0.05 and Pearson correlation 0.433, while job satisfaction and turnover intention get 0.05 and Pearson correlation 0.765. Hypothesis testing with the F test obtained results of significance on the relationship between Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction of 0.00 and F count of 0.05. While the results of the test for the coefficient of determination showed a relationship in this study of 59.3% and the remaining 40.7% was explained by other factors Keywords: job satisfaction, organizational culture and turnover intention
