The teacher's stress level has increased because the salary given every 3 months with a very small nominal makes female teachers experience stress and a desire arises to move to become civil servants. The purpose of this research was to see the relationship between multiple role conflict and work stress with the work engagement of female teachers. The method used in this research is quantitative.
