Abstract :
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of work stress and motivation can affect the performance of millennial generation employees in the city of Palembang. This research was conducted on millennial generation employees in the city of Palembang with a total of 98 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this research is data quality test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis; coefficient of determination test and t test. The results obtained in this study are that the work stress variable has no effect on the performance of millennial generation employees in the city of Palembang and the motivation variable has an effect on the performance of millennial generation employees in the city of Palembang.
