Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of company reputation and compensation on the recruitment of new employees at Alfamart Palembang. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to new Alfamart employees. The population in this study were all Alfamart employees in Palembang City. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method and 100 samples were obtained. Hypothesis testing is done by t test and f test. The results of this study indicate that company reputation has no significant effect on recruitment and compensation have a positive and significant effect on recruitment Keywords: Company Reputation, compensation, Recruitment
