Abstract :
The Covid-19 pandemic has affected various sectors, one of which is the education sector. Therefore the government recommends implementing a distance learning system (online). Musi Charitas Catholic University is one of the universities that has used e-learning called LUMEN since the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak in Indonesia. LUMEN as a distance learning media that helps students and lecturers in teaching and learning activities online. However, because LUMEN is still relatively new, 94.4% of LUMEN users experience problems when using it. This shows that in general LUMEN still cannot be said to have good quality. So it is necessary to measure the quality of LUMEN so that it can be used as suggestions and recommendations for better evaluation of development. To determine the quality of LUMEN, researchers conducted an analysis of LUMEN using the ISO/IEC 25010 standard which focuses on product software. Furthermore, the research was carried out using a quantitative method, namely distributing questionnaires to 96 active students for the 2022/2023 academic year at Musi Charitas Catholic University and using descriptive statistical data analysis. The results of the study stated that the average percentage was 79.26%. The highest percentage is found in the portability indicator which is 84.58% and the lowest percentage for reliability is 74.30%.
