Abstract :
This study aims to determine the difference of the publication of financial reports on stock prices and trading volume in the banking services sector listed on the Stock Exchange . The method used in this study is an empirical study . The sample of this study is that the bank sector publicizing the financial statements from 2010 to 2012 with a purposive sampling method with banking criteria listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange three years in a row , a sector that has published financial statements during the period of observation , the sector do not like the restructuring company acquisitions and mergers . The number of samples that meet the criteria of 10 companies . The results of hypothesis testing using paired sample t - test showed that t publication of financial statements is not a significant difference to the stock price and there is no difference significant publication of financial statements between trading volume.
