Abstract :
This research tests the effect of internal firm factor, such as investment decisions, financing decisions, and dividend policy; and external firm factor, such as BI rate and inflation on the firm value. Population of this research is listed BUMN company at Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sampling method uses purposive sampling method. Samples obtained were as much 14 companies. Hypothesis test uses multiple regression analysis with SPSS of 18. The results show that: the first hypothesis which states investment decisions affect the firm value, accepted. The second hypothesis which states financing decisions affect the firm value, accepted. The third hypothesis which states dividend policy affect the firm value, accepted. The fourth hypothesis which states BI rate affect the firm value, rejected. The fifth hypothesis which states inflation affect the firm value, rejected.
