Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to empirically examine the effect of company size and profitability against the social responsibility disclosure in corporate restaurants and hotels are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population used in this study are restaurant and hotel companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The method used in the selection of the sample is determined by using purposive sampling method. So that the sample obtained is as much as 30 corporate restaurants and hotels between the years 2010-2012 are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis with SPSS ver . 17.0. The results of the regression analysis performed in this study show that, in both partial test variables firm size and profitability of the two partial disclosure does not have an influence on corporate social responsibility.
