Abstract :
This study aims to examine the effect of the application of Intellectual Capitalof the insurance company?s financial performance. The population in this study are insurance company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2008-2012. The sample are determined by using the purposive sampling method. The samples have been obtained from as many as 7 research companies. The hypothesis testing applies on simple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 17.0. the result show that the first hypothesis (H1) ,which states likewise that Intellectual Capital effects ROA (return on assets), is acceptable. The second hypothesis (H2) which states that Intellectual Capital affect EP ( Employee Productivity) , is acceptable. The third hypothesis (H3) which states that intellectual capital has no effect on the GR (growth revenue)
