Abstract :
This research aims to test the influence of profitability, leverage, liquidity, the size of the company and the Investment Opportunity Set (IOS) against the dividend policy. The population in this research is the manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange. The research sample is obtained is as many as 30 companies. Hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis method with the help of SPSS program Ver. 17.0. The test results showed that the first hypothesis (H1) which States that the effect on profitability of dividend policy, accepted. The second hypothesis (H2) stating that the leverage effect of dividend policy, rejected. The third hypothesis (H3) stating that the liquidity effect of dividend policy, rejected. The fourth hypothesis (H4) stating that company size influence on dividend policy, rejected. The fifth hypothesis (H5) stating that the investment opportunity set (IOS) to dividend policy, rejected.
