Abstract :
This study aims to determine the Effects of Total Quality Management (TQM), Award Systems, and Organizational Commitment on Managerial Performance. The population of study were all hospital managers in Palembang. 6 Hospitals has been selected using purposive sampling method. Testing the hypothesis using multiple regression by SPSS version. 17.00. The test results show that TQM didn?t have effect on Managerial Performance And then, the award system has been effect the Managerial Performance appreciate. Last, the commitmen didn?t have effect to perform Organizational Managerial.
