Abstract :
This Study aims to examine the effect component system management controlling (quality goal, quality feedback, quakity incentive) of managerial performance.This study did to company managers fastfood in Palembang city.This research used data from primary data where collected from deployment questionnaire. This data return and process about 38 questionaire. The data testing with SPSS (Statistical Package For Social Science) program version 17.00. Data analysis techniques in this research consist from of testing the quality of data (validity and reliability testing), the classic assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heterocedastity test, multiple regression analysis). The resuilt of hypothesis testing (1) Declare that the quality of goal effect on managerial performance is rejected, (2) Declare that the quality of feedback effect on managerial performance is acceptable, (3) Declare that the quality of incentive effect on managerial performance is rejected.
