Abstract :
This study aimed to see whether there is influence between corporate social responsibility and good corporate governance on firm performance. The population in this study were all LQ45 company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2010-2012. By using purposive sampling method, obtained a total sample of 63 companies. Based on the hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis with SPSS ver. 17.0 shows that the results obtained from five independent variables tested, only the effect of institutional ownership on firm performance. Meanwhile, the other independent variables such as CSR, commissioners, board of directors, and independent commissioner did not have a significant effect on the performance of the company.
