Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of work-life balance and leadership style on the job satisfaction of millennial generation employees in the service sector in the city of Palembang. The population in this study is millennial generation employees in the service sector in the city of Palembang. The sample in this study amounted to 110 respondents who have met the criteria that have been set by using snowball sampling method. The data used in this study are primary data dan secondary data. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of his study indicate that work-life balance have a significant effect on the performance of millennial generation emploeeyes in the city of Palembang. And also leadership style have a significant effect on the performance of millennial generation emploeeyes in the city of Palembang. The job satistfaction variable can be explained by the work-life balance variable and leadership style variable.
