Abstract :
This study aims to examine the effect of cyberloafing behavior and job stress on work procrastination of Generation Z employees in Palembang. The data used is primary and secondary data, where the data results are obtained through questionnaires and added supporting questions. The population used is Generation Z employees who work in Palembang. The sampling technique used uses non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling type with the number of samples that can be used as many as 117 respondents. Data analysis techniques use validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, descriptive statistics, and F test. Hypothesis testing techniques use multiple linear regression analysis and T test. The results obtained are cyberloafing and job stress have a positive influence on work procrastination.
