Abstract :
This research was conducted with the aim of finding out whether there is an influence of work life balance and job satisfaction on the level of turnover intention in the millennial generation in the city of Palembang. The population in this study were employees who worked at a company in Palembang. The total sample used was 110 samples. Hypothesis testing is carried out using multiple regression analysis. The results of this research show that work life balance and job satisfaction have a begative and sigmificant effect on the level of turnover intention.
