Abstract :
This study aims to identify the factors that influence the choice of debt to mobile banks by traders of the wide alang-alang market in Palembang city and their impact on the sustainability of their business. The results of the study show that the ease of applying for loans, flexible terms, service, developing business relationships, increasing financial efficiency, and business growth are factors in bank trips. Selection of debt on mobile banks can have a positive and negative impact on the sustainability of the trader's business. Therefore, mobile banks need to pay attention to the needs of traders and provide the best solutions to minimize the negative impacts and increase the positive impacts of lending. Through in-depth interviews, this study will identify the factors that influence the choice of financing from mobile banks and assess their impact on the business continuity of the actors. This research is expected to provide a better understanding of the needs of small business actors regarding financing from mobile banks.
