Abstract :
This research aims to prove and analyze the influence of career development and Carrer satisfaction on the performance of salesman employees in the city of palembang. The population in this research were male salesman employees in the city of Palembang. The sample in this study amounted to 116 respondents. The types of data in this research are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing in this study used the SPSS 25 tool. The t test results showed that career development had a positive and significant effect on the performance of salesman employees in the city of Palembang and job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on the performance of salesman employees in the city of Palembang.
