Abstract :
This research aims to explain the influence of competency and job satisfaction on employee commitment at PT CahayaMulia Glassindo Lestari Palembang. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were employees of PT. CahayaMulia Glassindo Lestari Palembang, totaling 100 employees. Data collection used a saturated sampling technique which was distributed to 100 respondents. The data used is primary data. The hypothesis testing used is multiple linear regression, with the help of SPSS 25 software. The results of this research show that competency and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee commitment.
