Abstract :
This research aims to determine the relationship between work stress and organizational citizenship behavior ( OCB ) on the performance of global cargo jet employees. The subjects in this research were 108 employees in Palembang. This research used quantitative methods with sampling techniques. The scale distribution method uses a direct method and is also distributed via Google Form. The hypothesis proposed in this research is that there is a relationship between work stress and Organizational Citizenship Behavior ( OCB ) and Global Jet Kargo Employee Performance for the major hypothesis. The test results used a multiple linear regression test with an F value of 0.432 and a significant value of 0.65 ( sig value > 0.05 ). The first minor hypothesis is that there is a negative relationship between self-concept and consumer behavior with a correlation result of 0.018 ( sig value > 0.05 ) and a significant value of 0.85 ( sig value > 0.05 ). The second minor hypothesis is that there is a negative relationship between conformity and consumer behavior with a correlation result of 0.090 ( sig value > 0.05 ) and a significant value of 0.035 ( sig value > 0.05 ). Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it can be concluded that all hypotheses are rejected.
