Abstract :
This research aims to determine the influence of salary satisfaction and work environment on turnover intention of Generation Z employees in Palembang City. Sampling in this study used an accidental sampling technique with a total of 100 respondents. Data collection techniques use questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this research uses multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 25. The results of the research show that the salary satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention and the work environment variable has a significant effect turnover intention of generation Z employees in the city of Palembang.
