Abstract :
These researches aim to find out and prove whether the variables of e-service quality and e-payment have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions in e-commerce. The research is a quantitative study using primary data and secondary data. The population in this study are consumers who have made transactions in e-commerce at least 2 times in 1 month. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents using purposive sampling method. The analysis method used in this research is SPSS version 21 as the analysis tool. The results obtained show that the e-payment variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions in e-commerce. Meanwhile, the e-service quality variable has no effect on purchasing decisions in e-commerce. Keywords: E-Service Quality, E-Payment, Purchasing Decisions, E-Commerce.
