Abstract :
The existence of schools that have not received accreditation status indicates that the application of total quality service is still have barriers. This certainly affects the quality of service from schools. This research aims to analyze the barriers that influence quality of service from schools. The population of this research is all of senior high school in Palembang. Samples taken by convenience sampling technic and sample obtained 41 school as research samples. The hypothesis analysis in this research was tested using multiple linear regression analysis. The result shows that only employee and cultural barrier reputation have no significant influence to quality of service, whereas imfrastructure barrier, managerial barrier, and organizational barrier have significant influence to quality of service.
