Abstract :
This study aimed to analyze the influence of the physical environment work to employees performance in Dharma Guna Wibawa company Palembang. The variable in this study is the physical environment work and employee performance. The number of samples in this study 42 employees with census method. Analysis of the data used is simple linear regression analysis using the program SPSS 17.0. These results indicate that the physical environment work significantly influence employee performance. This is proved by the test results stating that the effect of variable physical environment work and employee performance amounted to 12.9% and the remaining 87.1% influenced by other variables not included in this study. The results show that significant value is more than 0.05.
